Requirements & Compatibility
To use our products, the open-source software CTRLR is required. We strictly recommend using version 5.3201. Please note that a basic understanding of the CTRLR software is expected from the buyer. All panels have been fully tested and are guaranteed to function without errors within the recommended environment.
DAW Integration & Disclaimer
The panels are designed to run as standalone software or as a VST plugin within a DAW. Due to the wide variety of DAWs available on the market, we cannot guarantee flawless integration or loading behavior in every specific digital audio workstation. We do not provide advanced technical support for third-party DAWs. Consequently, we do not offer replacements, nor do we issue refunds for purchase amounts under any circumstances. By placing an order, the buyer explicitly accepts these terms and conditions.
Screen Resolution Notice
The layout of the panels is optimized for standard screen resolutions. If you are using non-standard or custom resolutions, UI elements and controls may shift out of alignment.

Changes to Our Download System
Due to a previous security breach on our website, we have disabled immediate automatic downloads upon payment. To protect our shop and keep prices fair by avoiding high merchant fees, we have adjusted our payment methods.
Available Payment Methods:
PayPal: Select the "Send money to friends/family" option.
Bank Transfer: Standard bank wire transfer.
Delivery Timeline & Link Validity
After placing your order, you will receive our payment and bank details. Once your payment has been received, a personal download link will be sent to your email address within 48 hours. Please note that this download link will only remain active for 48 hours from the time it is sent.
File Content & Setup Assistance
The download consists of a single ZIP archive containing all necessary files for the panel. For step-by-step setup instructions, please refer to our comprehensive installation guides available in both English and German on this website.
How to Order
To purchase a panel, please use the order form located at the bottom of the CTRLR Shop page. Once submitted, you will receive an email containing the required banking and payment information to complete your transfer.
